Random

The pictures I posted are just random ones from the past month or two. I have more that I will post if I ever download them from my camera. So, lots has been going on...but I guess I just don't feel like it's anything too special because it is my normal life now. I love it, but it just doesn't seem extrordinary anymore...so I don't feel the need to write about it. But here's a very quick update. I had my first tournament as the new captain of the Mie Mamas soccer team. Going into the final game, we were undefeated and never even scored on!! We went into overtime, but ended up losing 2-1. It was a great time though and we got a 2nd place trophey. My schools had sports day again this year. Feels strange that I've been here long enough to start having the same experiences over again. Anyway, it was fun as always. One day before school started back this fall, Shun and I went hiking on a mountain near Ise. There were all these shrines and sites along the way. It was amazing. I'm not use to seeing stuff like that in the middle of a mountain. I'll write a little more about what I've been doing when I post the pictures.

Today I did hear some disturbing news. I heard that Glorietta mall in Manila, Philippines was bombed. Over 100 hurt and 8 dead. When I was in Manila with Emily and Cally last May, we spent a whole day mall hopping between the mega malls and spent a considerable amount of time at Glorietta. It's so weird to see the pictures of it now and a bit scary as well.

I'll have a slow weekend, so hopefully I can post again soon. I'm staying home because I'm trying to save money for my trip to Thailand in December, Yah! I do have to plan another hip hop dance class for my school. They asked me to teach a special class for culture festival again. It will be fun, but alot of work too. I hope to talk to some of you back home soon! I love you and miss you all.
